Kenyon Laboratories has been building the Kenyon Gyro Stabilizer for almost fifty years. Initially designed to keep binoculars steadily on target from a pitching ship, the units are also now used for medium format cameras, cinematographers, Rifles and even NASA.

Using the Gyro Stabilizer on a camera, you can obtain clear crisp shots from unusual situations, from a plane or helicopter  or even from chase vehicles our units will dampen out the engine and rotor vibration. Ideal When shooting in low light levels you can get large format pictures with slower shutter speeds or slower film. With new technologies in video like the Canon 5d MkII even one gyro can make the difference between shaky footage and smooth flowing video.

Ken Lab build four different sizes of gyros, all relating to the weight of the equipment to be stabilized. The units are available for sale or rent through Gyrocam.

The units attach to the camera by its tripod mount. When the tripod is unacceptable, and handheld is blurry, our invisible tripod makes the job much easier,  and a much greater success rate.
